William Squires To John Lowrimore
Know all men by these presents that I, Wm. Squires of the District in the State aforesaid Have for and in consideration of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars paid to me by John Lowrimore in said State have granted, bargained, sold and released and by these presents doth grant, bargain sell & release unto the said John Lowrimore, his heirs and assigns, all that plantation or tract of land containing in the whole Three Hundred Acres, more or less, viz: One Hundred granted to Wm. Britton and the remaining part to Benjamin Moore as the plat represents, transferred to me by Levy Moore, being situated in sd District on Spring Swamp on the road from Dog Bluff to Conwayborough.
Together with all and singular the rites, members, hereditaments & appertenances thereunto belonging or in anywise incident or appertaining To Have & to Hold all and singular the premises before mentioned unto unto John Lowrimore his heirs and assigns & do hereby bind myself my my heirs, executors and administrators do warrant and forever defend the same by or every other person caliming or to clame.
Given under my hand & seal June the Seventh day One thousand and eight hundred and Thirty nine.

Personally appeared Zebedee Causey who being duly sworn and saith that he did assign the within deed of conveyance as a witness and the Benjamin Jordan did subscribe his mark as a sitness at the same time and that they did both see William Squires assign and deliver the Deed for the use and purpose therein contained furthermore saith not
